Our Mission

Here at Out Of The Box Loan Processing, we aim to be the premier contract loan processing home for mortgage brokers and correspondents alike. We meticulously analyze every file and document. We look at all possible angles and “Think Out Of The Box” so that we hand-off to the underwriter a file that is clear, concise and efficient, to help the Loan go quickly into funding. We pride ourselves in our customer service. We also pride ourselves on communication, clear direction and being the high-speed hub that effectively gets the job done. Our objective is to save mortgage companies money from overhead, while bringing in referrals from the great work of our team. We are here to establish amazing relationships with all the parties connected to the mortgage process. We look forward to serving you!

Our story

Jeremiah Ryder, a Californian native, started his journey in the art of Loan Processing back in 2016. After years of working on some of the industry's most difficult loans, he knew this is what he was meant for. He takes great joy figuring out and solving Underwriting Conditions (within regulation). He finds ways to make everyone one happy even when things look impossible. He always says" loan processing is like a puzzle or an investigation, that I can't wait to figure out and in the end everyone wins". Problem Solving is what drives him the most. This passion led Jeremiah into helping form Out Of The Box. Jeremiah Ryder(CEO) and Keren-Amya(President) said let's create something different and new. Where everyone is treated like family and close friends. Where we are team players and feel great about what we do.

CEO and Co-Founder Jeremiah Ryder has over 5 years of experience working with major Credit Unions, Brokers, Correspondence and over 30 Lenders as a Credit Analyst and Sr. Loan Processor. He has worked with some of the toughest loans and has been highly successful streamlining loans, so that they are regulation compliant and swiftly funded.

President

President and Co-Founder Keren-Amya has over 15 years of experience in business operations from Customer Service to book keeping using QuickBooks, Excel to appointment setting and management. Building and creating front and back ends of Websites. She's very ambitious and has aptitude for business..
