Jeremiah Ryder, a Californian native, started his journey in the art of Loan Processing back in 2016. After years of working on some of the industry’s most difficult loans, he knew this is what he was meant for. He takes great joy figuring out and solving Underwriting Conditions (within regulation). He finds ways to make everyone one happy even when things look impossible. He always says\” loan processing is like a puzzle or an investigation, that I can’t wait to figure out and in the end everyone wins\”. Problem Solving and building long lasting relationships is what drives him the most. This passion and love for helping others and doing something different and putting his full care and heart into everything he does is what led Jeremiah into helping form Out Of The Box. Jeremiah Ryder(CEO) and Keren-Amya(President) said let’s create something different and new, An environment where everyone is treated like family and close friends. Out Of The Box is all about Family as we are a family owned brokerage. What we want most at Out Of The Box is to create and make a business where everyone enjoys their experience and feels at ease and at home with us, while we help get them the loan they need.
